Shipping Instructions

To submit your media for a free data recovery evaluation please follow the steps below:

STEP 1 - Please print off and complete the 'New Job Submission' form below with your details and include this when shipping your media.

STEP 2 - Remove your storage media from your system. If you are a Home User and need help with this process please click here. Media devices are made up of delicate components therefore to mitigate further damage to your device during transit please package it carefully. If possible place your media in a anti-static bag. The put the media device in a box at least twice the size of your media and use either bubble wrap, foam, or other type of anti-shock packing material to protect it. (Please note: Jiffy bags are not suitable for sending hard drives or other types of digital media).

We recommend you use either a courier service or at a minimum Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service, which will not only insure your device in transit but also allow you to track it during the shipment process.
