Data Recovery Process

 

We operate a simple 3 stage process for our data recovery services.  

STAGE 1 - FREE EVALUATION

Media device failure can be caused by a variety of different problems.  For that reason we need to assess the underlying damage to your device, before we can tell you if we can provide data retrevial and what the cost for an appropriate data recovery service will be.  Please click here for instructions of how to submit your device for a free evaluation.  

We will conduct your evaluation within 12 hours of receiving your media at our data recovery laboratory and provide you with a fixed price quote for its recovery.

STAGE 2 - DATA RECOVERY

If you agree to the quote we provide, we will begin the data recovery process and will complete your recovery in the relevant time frame provided in our service level options.  For example, our Standard Level service will return your data back within 5 working days.   

STAGE 3 - RETURN OF YOUR DATA

Once your data has been successfully recovered we will ship this back to you using a courier service.  We return recovered data on external hard drives.

For clients whose data is confidential to them, we also offer additional service extras where we will encrypt your data before returning it to you and destroy the data on your original media device./p>
